Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees

Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.

2. Usage and Overage Charges

Usage and overage charges reflect actual compute. Tool invocations. Sessions. Outcome bonuses you incurred during the period. These charges are non-refundable. You can review every billable event in real time from your billing page before it rolls into an invoice.

3. Prepaid Credits

Prepaid credits purchased under the pay-as-you-go plan are non-refundable but do not expire. Unused credits remain available on your account indefinitely.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, contact admin@dxsense.com within 14 days of the invoice date with the engagement ID and billable event IDs you are disputing. Verified errors are refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will always attempt to resolve billing disputes directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection action.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@dxsense.com with your registered account email. Your invoice number. The reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
